My name is Emma. I previously come from a background in event planning, having previously worked in event venues such as Fortnum & Mason and The Roof Gardens (Kensington) as a Wedding and  Event Coordinator. Although I decided to leave this career a long time ago, it is no surprise that I have been drawn back to something that is linked to celebrations. I am simply a sucker for a special occassion!

I started baking when I was young, helping my grandma in the kitchen. However, it wasn't until I decided I wanted to make my own wedding cake back in 2018 that my passion for making and decorating cakes really kicked off. Ever since I have made multiple celebration cakes for friends and family. Having  been often told that this  is something I should be doing for a living, I made the decision to create Frosted Sky Cakes.
