Hi, I'm Emma, the baker and cake designer behind Frosted Sky Cakes.
Before following my passion for cakes, I built my career in event planning, working at prestigious venues including Fortnum & Mason and The Roof Gardens in Kensington as a Wedding and Event Coordinator. Although I stepped away from that career, I've always been drawn back to creating memorable celebrations—there's something truly special about being part of life's happiest moments.
My love of baking began in my grandma's kitchen, where I spent countless hours learning and creating alongside her. But it wasn't until I made my own wedding cake in 2018 that I discovered my true passion for cake design and decoration.
Since then, I've had the privilege of creating bespoke celebration cakes for friends, family, and clients, turning their ideas into beautiful centrepieces for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, and other special occasions. After years of being told I should turn my passion into a business, I finally took the leap and founded Frosted Sky Cakes.
Today, every cake is designed with care, creativity, and attention to detail, because I believe every celebration deserves something truly unforgettable.
